Hi Debbie! Happy anniversary to your in laws and have a great celebration. I love that little vintage graphic. Have a wonderful 4th and be a sweetie, Shelia :)
Ohmygosh, honey, what a darling email to receive from you! I can't believe my "chickee" comments might have turned you off. That is just precious. I call everybody a term of endearment. "CHICKS" are what I call all of the women in my eBay group because I love those little pink and yellow easter chicks. I call all my kids and grandkids different things. Sugar, sweetpea, lovey are just a few of them. But no matter, I'm glad you finally came over to visit and like what you see. I'm just such a happy chick it's hard to believe. I'm always up and cheerful and witty, humorous and funny. I'm happy to meet you!
Today I'm having a problem with blogger approving my comments so when that's fixed I'll be "approving" all the comments and they'll be posted. Aaaaaacccck, how frustrating!!!!!
Hi Debbie! I'm back to say I really appreciate your confidence in me. You make me feel I could do anything! :) Be a sweetie and hope your feeling better. Shelia ;)

Welcome to Blueberry Plains. My name is Debbie and I live in a tiny little town in southern Maine, not too far from Portland. I grew up in a quaint little fishing village... Yarmouth... and not far from where I am today. It was a great place to grow up...full of relatives and friends. I'm married to a sweet man named Bob and we have been together for about 23 years. We have a 27 year old son named Kyle who within the last year moved to Portland and a 29 year old daughter named Carissa who lives in the big city (Portland). Although an empty nester, I still have one kid at home...my crazy crybaby jet black cat named Baby. We recently lost our beloved Jack Russell named Obie. He is sadly missed by us all. I started this blog to meet other women who may have some of the same interests as me. I love to craft, play guitar, crochet, go to yard sales, cook, entertain, garden and...you know...all those good things us girls like. I live on land that was once called Blueberry Plains so it seemed appropriate to name my blog that. We still have a huge field of blueberries on our land and we pick them every July. We are living the good life over here on the Plains...one day at a time..
